Control Panel Login Issues:

  1. Begin by ensuring you're logging in under the correct email address and password here: https://panel.mcprohosting.com/login
  2. If you're unable to login, then reset your password here. To reset your password from that link, enter your email address and then click the option "Forgot your password? Click here to request a password reset."
  3. An email will now be sent to that email to reset the password. 
  4. After resetting the password, you will now be able to log in under that email and the newly set password.

If you're unable to see your services, verify that you're logging into the correct control panel account with the email address your services were set up under. You can contact our Password and Logins department if you need help with recovering that login.


Client Area Login Issues:

  1. Begin by ensuring you're logging into the correct client area. You can use this link to ensure you're being brought to the proper client area for your account.
  2. Once you're in the proper client area, try logging in. If issues continue, enter your email address and then click Forgot Password?.
  3. This will prompt a password reset process. Follow this to reset your password and then try logging in at that same client area.

If you're still unable to log in, contact our Password and Logins department and we can assist you with recovering your account so that you can log in.
