How to Make One-Time Payments Print

MCProHosting is a subscription-based service, meaning that upon purchase, you will be subscribed to automatic payments when your server is due to renew. Automatic payments are processed on the following periods:

  • Monthly paid services: 3 days prior to the renewal date

  • Quarterly paid services: 7 days prior to the renewal date

  • Semi-Annually paid services: 14 days prior to the renewal date

  • Annually paid services: 31 days prior to the renewal date


For users who are unable to subscribe to automatic payments, you may Add Funds to your MCProHosting account which will then be applied to your services when they are due to renew. Follow these steps:

  1. Login to your client area

  2. From the left-hand sidebar, choose Billing, and then Add Funds

  3. In the Amount to Add box, enter the amount that you want to deposit into your MCProHosting account.

  4. In the Payment Method box, choose your desired payment method.

  5. Once done, click the Add Funds button. You will be brought to an invoice.

  6. At the top-right of your invoice, click the payment button.

Once payment is complete, you will now have credit on your MCProHosting account. This credit will automatically be deducted when your service is due to renew.

If you have an unpaid invoice that has not been paid for with credit, and you'd like to use your credit on this invoice, view that invoice. In that invoice, you can use the "Apply Credit" section in that invoice to pay that invoice using your credit.
