- VPN usage
- Billing address error
- IP lookup not matching billing address
Please make sure you are not currently using a VPN, that your billing address is correctly entered in its entirety, and that you've entered the address of your current place of residence. Being in another location other than your entered billing address, such as being on vacation, for example, can cause the fraud system to flag your order. If this is the case, please make sure to let us know, and we can take the best steps for you.
